GWHC2s visited Gillingham Anchorians for a must-win match in their hunt for back to back promotions. They got off to the perfect start when captain Aaron Elliott turned in a penalty corner from a perfectly weighted Sumeet Dhinsa pass inside the opening 5 minutes.

Chances were hard to come by but nothing could be converted before they eventually succumbed to a wonder goal 10 minutes from the end - an aerial from just inside the half way deflected in at the near post. His marker is still lost somewhere.
